Dear Elaine, Peter and all at Mandate House,

Firstly I would like to apologise for my delay in writing.  I know I promised to write a few words on the School of the Holy Spirit, which you took at our church, which was a joy!  Every time your newsletter would come with the leaflets of the Holy Spirit, I felt it was for me.  I was glad then when you were coming to Queensberry.

I came excited but also a bit fearful, I needn’t have been because each session was done in such a way that it was clear fresh.  I knew the Holy Spirit lived in me and guided me but now seeing the Holy Spirit as a person in residence in me.  What a special privilege to see this.  To be challenged to see God working in my thoughts and in others, in areas of service of encouragement for each other, the Lord richly blessed us.  It is so lovely to have the tapes so we can listen to them when we need words of encouragement.  Thank you.

PASTOR’S TESTIMONY About forty of our members signed up for the School of the Holy Spirit. Since then I have given opportunity for public testimony and private reactions to our time with Elaine. As a pastor I have been encouraged by the way so many have sensed God leading them into new areas of ministry. The time we gave opportunity for prophetic words to be spoken over and to each other greatly encouraged the fellowship. It is so easy for us as pastors to assume our people have grasped the freedom and truth of body ministry because we have preached on it, but during our time with Elaine it was obvious that the body had not fully grasped this truth. They need a safe space and time to begin to understand and use the gifts given by the Spirit; the school gives the church that opportunity, as well as the teaching that accompanies Elaine's ministry.I fully recommend the school as an opportunity to encounter God afresh.  Rev.
