Elaine was invited by the Church leadership at Elim Christian Centre to Pastor the Church of approx 220 people in the absence of a senior pastor, until a suitable Pastor was found. In this role Elaine worked with the Elders and Assistant Pastor in caring for the congregation, as well as bringing support, preaching, teaching and practical pastoral care.
Elaine simultaneously held this post as well as running the Ministry Equipping Schools, School of the Holy Spirit and the Ministry.
