Rev Elaine Roberts and her husband Peter founded World Mandate Ministries  in 2001. Elaine is an ordained evangelist with Elim Pentecostal Churches UK. Together with Peter, she travels in the UK and internationally, preaching God’s message of hope and forgiveness. Witnessing people coming to faith in Jesus Christ and the sick being healed by the power of God, they equip others to do likewise through their Ministry Equipping School. Elaine has a powerful breakthrough ministry and prophetic gifting which enables many people to be released into their God-ordained calling and purpose.
